• Packages must be purchased the day of the event and expire September 30, 2026
• Sculptra packages must begin treatment by July 15, 2026 and follow the recommended treatment schedule to remain valid
• All packages are sold as is — no substitutions, returns, refunds, or exchanges
• A $50 fee will be charged to the card on file for failure to follow the 24-hour cancellation policy on prepaid services
• My TLC Loyalty Rewards points may be earned up to 500 points on event purchases
